Open Source IT Solutions operates as a Sole Trader with no affiliation with any of the solutions / software that would be recommended and deployed. This means no financial incentives or bias on our side.
This mean that the services being recommended or implemented by us are purely focused towards your requirements.
The majority of the software being recommended and implemented is open source and free. However, some may offer additional add-ons (such as OrangeHRM). We will not try to sell you these as we gain no commission or gain in any way from this
Anything that is billable will be open and transparent
Any works carried out by Open Source IT Solutions will be billed at an hourly rate (unless otherwise agreed upon) and the cost of any equipment provided and billed hours will be clearly and openly communicated to you as the customer.
You will be supported all the way through and even after the implementation has been completed
Once implemented Open Source IT Solutions will work with you to agree upon a suitable support package for your systems. Such as ongoing support and updates. Or we can provide instructions for your own internal use to troubleshoot and update if and when required.
